We partner with organizations to create or build up their People Operations/Human Resources infrastructure and uplevel their people strategy so team members feel valued, seen, and heard.
Having helped employees at all levels as they move through Life and work, I create a space for leaders to come as their whole human selves, and all of their roles, as they make big organizational decisions, while also experiencing break-up, illness, burnout, death of a loved one, parenthood, relocation, etc.
I offer online and in-person coaching directly with individuals and groups, and with companies big and small that want to up-level their teams.
